Oh boy, I'd really like to give this a good review during any other period of time, but this is a unique time with unique rules. And these rules are not being followed. I have come here a couple of times since the start of the pandemic, and all those times I saw next to no adherence to any sort of COVID-19 restrictions. First of all, no temperature checks, this is a pretty basic one and I'm surprised that it's not done. There is ZERO social distancing in the lobby, staging area, and actual play area. And games can get so crammed with players, that it's honestly a miracle it hasn't shut down yet. The number of players in spawn alone is a health risk, it can be up to TEN PEOPLE in a 5 by 3 meter area which is barely enough for 3 people let alone TEN, and that's not including staff! I asked the staff how often they clean their vests after I had gotten one that was still slick with another person's sweat. They had said SIX MONTHS. And on top of that, mask wearing is not enforced at ALL. I have seen many, many people come and go without putting on a mask ONCE. That would be okay if social distancing was followed, but, read the above statement on social distancing. I have never been to an establishment recently that has shown anywhere near this degree of a complete and utter disregard of customer and staff safety! If you want to be and stay safe DO NOT COME HERE. Or at least until they clean up their act (figuratively and literally.)

Let me just say right off the bat, how amazing not only the company is, but how amazing the staff and owner is. My friends and I discovered this little gem of a place about 6 months ago and the first time we played, we were hooked! This isn't like any laser tag place...it's so much fun! The staff quickly came to know my friends and I, and they consistently treat us like friends rather than just customers. Their attention to public safety especially regarding the covid protocols is above and beyond. I read a review below from someone who stated that they weren't following any rules or sanitizing etc which is absolutely not true! My friends and I go to play several times a week, every week and without fail, upon entry, we have temperature checks, have to fill out our information for tracing purposes just in case, and sometimes the vests are wet, but that is because they consistently sanitize absolutely everything after each and every session. Anyways, I just wanted to write a great review because honestly, this place is awesome and more people need to check it out!

Amazing experience! What a workout. Will be doing this again! My only complaint is that the black vest team definitely has an advantage over the beige vest team, they are much harder to see in the dark. The staff was great and I will note that at least on this visit they were checking temperatures at the door and everyone was was required to wear masks. The staff supervised well during the game and helped hype everyone up.

Today is both my and my daughter's first visit. The place is very easy to find and lots of parking space. We were going at 13:00 but soon find out online that's full already so my daughter's friend booked for 14:00. I didn't go but the session is only an hour so I walked around and found the view around is great. Anyway my daughter told me it was very fun as the gun is very real. The staffs are friendly plus did spend enough time to make sure everyone knows the rules and how to play safe. I have no problem let my daughter go again with friends. Also my understanding is on your birthday a free game is given to member. I have added a few photos from around so you folks can walk around while waiting
